I liked it, but it’s not my kind of humour, it’s not the kind of humour that makes me laugh out loud.

Paranormal Activity

1001 Movies to Watch Before You Die | Paranormal Activity (2009)

After moving into a suburban home, a couple becomes increasingly disturbed by a nightly demonic presence. (IMDB)

Directed by Oren Peli
Horror movies are much scarier when the monster or villain is left to the viewers own imagination. That said, the first time I watched this it was on my own, in the dark. I didn’t really feel scared when watching it, but the second time, whiles watching it with friends, it scared me. And I had no idea that there were an alternative ending and I freaked out at the end. Seriously did not expect a body flying towards the camera. Boring at parts.

Awesome movie. Highly recommended. Hilarious at most parts, awesome action scenes. Exactly what I wish to see in a western (this is an oriental western but I seem to prefer them over ones from Europa or America).
My rating: 8/10

1001 Movies to Watch Before You Die | Young Frankenstein (1974)

A weird-humour sort of movie, but I likes it. I didn’t laugh intensely at it, but certain moments did make me laugh, which is more than I can say about most popular comedy movies that are popular right now. Oh, and I have to say that Igor was my favourite out of all characters.

My rating: 8/10

This is a great movie. You can really feel the hopelessness of it all, the world really seems doomed. And I love the bleakness of it all.  A quit emotional movie, I have to admit that I cried at certain parts.
