Seeing how the year soon is over I thought it was time to do a highlights of the year list, so here you go:
- Getting rid of my braces
- Travelling abroad for the first time, to Ethiopia
- Staying a week in an apartment in Stockholm, alone
- Working for 2 weeks, for the first time, and getting paid
- Getting closer to my classmates
- Buying new books: The Postman, collected works of Sherlock Holmes, Hero, World War Z, Zombie Survival Guide etc
- SHERLOCK HOLMES!
- Discovering new movies & tv-series: Sherlock (BBC), Castle, Community, Star Trek: The Original Series, The Walking Dead & Merlin. Mighty Boosh, The Lonely Island, Classical Music, Inception etc
- Discovering new artists and actors: Gojira, Creature Feature, Heaven Shall Burn, Chris Pine, Misha Collins, Zachary Quinto, Matt Cardle, Aiden Grimshaw, QI, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Noel Fielding, Jimmy Carr, Dara O’Briain etc
- 18 years! I can finally drink legally!
- Parties, few but awesome
- TUMBLR!
- Probably a hell of more stuff which I can’t seem to remember right now
- youtube gameplays/walkthrough (I’m a game nerd with no good computer)
- Discovering the wonder that is Indian food
- Sweet Chilli Chips
Maybe I should mention some stuff that weren’t great this year:
- My brother apparently being a criminal and getting caught
- The string of young gay committing suicide. Breaks my heart!
- Being a girl, which means I’m in horrible pains a week every month
- My dad voting for a party which is commonly known as racists
